Our Story
Aaron and Karla first met in summer 2011, when he drove her home from a high school party in Marietta, GA. They didn't speak again for 10 years.
In spring 2021, Aaron and Karla matched on Bumble. Aaron wooed Karla with his advanced gaming skills and (really) funny jokes, and Karla wooed him back with her deep knowledge of RPG podcasts and tasty blondies.
From there, it was love and board games all the way down. Aaron and Karla moved together to Ithaca, NY when Karla started her new job as a lecturer at Cornell University, and Aaron proposed a few days after Christmas in beautiful NYC. Together, they have adopted two wonderful cats and love to hike, bake, and relax at home. And they're really looking forward to having you all at the best party of 2024: their wedding!
